We provide estimated delivery times on our shipping page, which are approximate and reliant on our shipping partners.
Delivery times vary based on location, distance, and logistics partners. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities but will assist in tracking packages through our partner courier services.
Your purchases may arrive in multiple packages from different locations, but you'll only be charged one delivery fee for the entire order. Once your package ships, we'll email you the tracking information.
Cash on Delivery (COD) requires payment upon order acceptance and is not a trial option. Refusal of COD orders will deactivate this option for future orders.
In certain pin codes, COD may be unavailable due to our shipping partners. For queries, contact our customer WhatsApp helpline.
For special time-bound deliveries, email us with your requirements and leave comments in your order. While we'll do our best, we can't guarantee exact delivery times.
Orders in India are handled by reliable courier companies like Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Amazon Shipping. We're bound by their coverage, and if your address isn't served, we'll contact you for an alternative solution.
Cancellations require an email within 4 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellations aren't accepted. Refunds won't be processed for orders canceled at delivery or after three failed delivery attempts.
Stay tuned for international shipping at Nestasia; currently, we don't ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
