Return & Exchange Policy

A product can be returned only under the following conditions:

  • If the product arrives damaged or broken, please send us a video via email or WhatsApp to report the issue.
  • If the wrong product was sent, and it doesn’t match what you ordered.
  • If you notice any manufacturing defects in the product you received.
  • If the product arrives damaged. Important: Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered with or damaged when delivered.
  • An exchange is only available if an unboxing video of the product is provided in 24 Hours. (e.g., video must show the product being unboxed and inspected)

 

How to Raise a Return Request

If you need to return a product, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us by calling +91 88262 60084 (Monday - Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM) or by emailing us at Info@tanejacrockeryhouse.com

To speed things up, you’ll need to send us a clear picture of the product showing the issue, whether it’s damage, a defect, or the wrong item, along with your order details. You can email the picture to Info@tanejacrockeryhouse.com, or even WhatsApp it to us for quicker processing. Our Quality Assurance team will review your request to see if it qualifies for a return.

We’ll get back to you within 2-3 days with the status of your return request. If it’s approved, we’ll arrange for the product to be picked up, which typically takes 2-3 working days. It usually takes 7-10 days for the product to reach our warehouse.

Once we receive the product, the return and exchange process will begin within 7 days. Please read on for more important details.

We take great care in packing our products with love to ensure they reach you safely. In the rare event of receiving damaged merchandise, please send us a photo of the damaged product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery, and we'll promptly resolve the issue.

While we strive to deliver products that you'll love, we understand that sometimes items may not fit as expected. In such cases, we offer returns within 7 days of delivery. Please specify the items you wish to return, and if it's a partial return, hand over only the relevant items to our pickup agent.

Returns are free of charge, and we'll arrange for a doorstep pickup. Upon receiving the returned items, we'll issue store credit for your next purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and free returns may be denied if a previous Cash on Delivery (COD) order was canceled at delivery.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and include all original documents. In rare instances where a pin code is unserviceable for returns, we'll arrange for pickup once the service becomes available again.

For missing or tampered parcels, please contact us immediately with evidence. We're not liable for shipping delays, but we provide support to expedite deliveries where possible. Orders cannot be canceled or altered after 4 hours and are considered returns if not accepted upon delivery.
